Los Angeles Film Festival
Now in its 15th year, Film Independent’s Los Angeles Film Festival returns for 10 days and 11 nights of the best in cinema. Join us for more than 200 features, shorts, and music videos; star-studded premieres; outdoor screenings; signature events; and more.
Check out blockbusters like; Public Enemies, starring Johnny Depp, Christian Bale, and Marion Cotillard; as well as some of the most talked about independent films such as Paper Man starring Jeff Daniels and Ryan Reynolds, Cold Souls starring Paul Giamatti, and the documentary It Might Get Loud featuring Jimmy Page, The Edge, and Jack White.
With films representing more than 30 countries around the globe, the Festival is truly an international event. This year’s International Spotlight features selections from the Ambulante Film Festival, highlighting outstanding works by filmmakers documenting Mexico’s past and present.
The Festival also comes packed with panels, parties, and mixers where you can hear, first-hand, from prominent artists like Michel Gondry, Zak Penn, Robert Rodriguez, Thom Mayne, and more at the Festival Conversations, Coffee Talks, and Poolside Chats.

Film on the Rocks is a collaborative production of the Denver Film Society and Theatres & Arenas, a division of the City & County of Denver's Department of General Services. The summer series was created through this partnership to provide an opportunity for the community to enjoy films and live entertainment at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in the Red Rocks Park.
Time: Band starts around 7 p.m. and movies start at dusk (approx. 9 p.m.)
Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
