Singer/songwriter/actress Miley Cyrus will headline an new North American arena tour with special guests Metro Station. Cyrus is riding high on the success of both 'Hannah Montana' and her recent album 'Breakout,' which topped the Billboard 200 on the strength of such singles as 'Breakout,' '7 Things,'Fly On The Wall' and her cover of 'Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.'
